     There are semi-automatic folder-gluing machines and automatic folder-gluing machines.


     Semi-automatic folder gluer


     Semi-automatic folder gluing machine is mainly used for large-scale packaging boxes and corrugated boxes (boxes) and other cartons that cannot be gluing by fully automatic folder gluing machines. Its structure is simple, the equipment is large, strong, reliable, easy to use and debug, and the frequency of use is high. Almost all boxes can be made on a semi-automatic folder gluer. The working procedures include automatic paper feeding, edging, gluing and then sending out through the belt, manual folding and shaping, and then shaping by the pneumatic pressure table on one side (six positions on each side). The carton pasted by the machine is beautiful in appearance, firm in adhesion, and saves glue. Its output depends on the proficiency of workers.


     Automatic folder gluer


     There are generally three types of automatic folder gluers.


     1. Ordinary side-gluing machine: It has the most basic two-side folding and two-side gluing functions. This type of gluing machine has the highest market share and the widest scope of application. It is the most basic gluing machine to replace manual gluing.


     2. Folder-gluer with pre-folding: ordinary carton base


     Originally, it is a square type (that is, four sides), ordinary folder gluers and manual folder gluers can only fold two sides, and the other two sides only have indentations but not folded, so it is not easy to open the carton. It is easy to get stuck on the cargo line. The pre-folded carton is easy to open and is suitable for automatic loading and packaging machines, especially medicine boxes. Basically, pre-folded box-gluing machines are used.


     3. Folder-gluer with hook bottom: it is all kinds of folder-gluer


     The most complicated equipment in the machine is also difficult to debug. It not only has the functions of the above two types of folder gluers, but also can fold and paste the bottom of the box. The box pasted in this way is particularly easy to open when in use, and the bottom has been glued, no need to manually insert the bottom, the industry calls it the automatic bottom. Generally, high-end packaging boxes (such as cosmetics boxes) adopt a hook bottom structure. In foreign countries, more than 50% of the packaging boxes adopt the bottom hook method, while the domestic bottom hook box accounts for less than 10%. The main reason is that there are few domestic bottom box glue boxes and high prices. Therefore, most of the domestic boxes can only use traditional Insert the bottom manually.
